Publish your first listing
Fill the listing form, add the Trakheesi permit for a Dubai listing, and publish. It goes live directly; Diyarat is notified, nobody pre-moderates.
Publication rules
You publish directly. The rules are deterministic and told to you before you press publish.
Diyarat does not pre-moderate listings. Every publish runs the same checks for everyone and tells you exactly what is missing; nothing goes live half-filled, and nothing waits in a queue.
- Title, canonical area, price and size are required; homes also need bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Dubai listings need a Trakheesi advertising permit in a plausible format; an implausible number blocks publishing.
- An exact-permit duplicate is blocked; a near-duplicate is flagged so you can fix it.
- Off-plan listings carry a handover date and payment plan when they come from a brochure.
- Publishing and the Diyarat verified badge are separate: publishing is yours, verification is a review outcome.
