Frequently asked questions
Can I start for free?
Yes. Property seekers use Diyarat completely free, forever. Brokers can also publish up to 10 active listings on the Free plan with no card required.
Do prices include VAT?
Plan prices are shown excluding VAT. During the private beta, UAE VAT (currently 5%) and your tax invoice are handled directly by the Diyarat team rather than at checkout, write to us from your registered email to request your invoice. Confirm the current rate with the FTA.
What do I need to publish a listing?
A valid Trakheesi advertising permit for each Dubai listing. Diyarat blocks publication without one, that gate is part of how we keep fake inventory off the platform.
Can I upgrade later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and you keep all of your listings, leads and history.
What counts as an active listing?
Only listings that are live and visible to buyers count toward your plan limit. Archived, sold or inactive listings do not count.
Can I archive listings?
Yes. Archiving a listing frees up an active slot immediately, so you can manage a much larger portfolio over time.
Can I downgrade?
Yes. During the private beta, plan changes and cancellations are handled directly by the Diyarat team, write to us from your registered email and we will make the change. If you are above the new plan limit, archive listings down to the limit first.
What is the founding beta?
During the private beta, the Founding Broker and Founding Agency plans are free for 60 days with no card required — we activate your plan after you sign up. Standard pricing (Broker AED 199/month, Founding Agency AED 499/month) applies afterwards, with advance notice before any charge.
Can I invite more team members?
Founding Agency includes up to 3 seats with roles and permissions per seat. Need a larger team during the beta? Write to us and we will set you up.
