User Agreement

Welcome to Diyarat.ae. This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Pulseo LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the owner and operator of Diyarat.ae (the “Site”). You grant Diyarat.ae a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display any information you submit for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site.

4. Property Listings and Content
All property data, pricing, images, floor plans, and related content available on the Site are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, Pulseo LLC does not guarantee that property listings are always complete, current, or error-free. Users are encouraged to verify all information directly with the developer or authorized agent before making any investment decisions.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including logos, text, images, graphics, layout, and software—is the property of Pulseo LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to external websites not operated by Pulseo LLC. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites and do not endorse or assume liability for them.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulseo LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Your use or inability to use the Site

Errors or inaccuracies in content or property listings

Unauthorized access to or use of your personal information

Any delays or interruptions on the Site

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pulseo LLC, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any rights.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated this Agreement.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
